Introducing Kris Averi
You should avoid bathing and swimming while wearing your jewelry, as it may dull the polish.
Yes. Hairspray, lotions, and perfumes can discolor your jewelry.
We recommend removing your jewelry while exercising, cooking, or engaging in outdoor gardening activities (pretty much anytime you plan to sweat or get your hands dirty).
Polishing cloths will work on all metals and keep your jewelry shinny. Metals will naturally darken over time due to oxidation.
If your jewelry has diamonds or gemstones that are clouded, we recommend using an unused toothbrush and hot soapy water to lightly brush away the dirt.
Regardless of whether your jewelry is in warranty, we're happy to repair damaged pieces.
Please contact us to request a repair.
When sending your repair, please provide insured shipping. We'll return it repaired - also through insured delivery.
Please note: we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
