All Kris Averi pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned as they are final sale.

Once an order has been placed, it is put into production and cannot be canceled.

If you have questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

We can work closely with you over email with photographs, video clips, of stones and the piece you are interested in to better assist you with your purchase.

All Special order, Custom and Sale pieces are Final Sale.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, and exchanges.

From the time of purchase, please allow 4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped. If you have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rush services can be provided, though fees may apply.

All Domestic Shipping comes with insurance and must be signed for upon delivery. You will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

All jewelry is provided with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. If there is any reasonable damage within the first year, we will repair your jewelry free of charge.

Please provide insured shipping for your jewelry and we will return your piece insured and repaired.

If your jewelry is either in or out of warranty, we are happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees vary accordingly per repair.

We do not offer insurance through Aetheria Jewel, however insuring your jewelry is encouraged.

We are bonded and insured through our insurance for all of our collections, bespoke creations, repairs, and merchandise both in stock and in shipping.

For All jewelry from both the Collections and Bespoke Custom Jewelry, appraisals can be offered with your finished piece upon request and an additional fee.

Every piece in our collection is made-to-order and can be modified per request. We can make anything custom for you upon your request, to preferred stone, shape, size, cut to the metal alloy itself.
