Each Kris Averi piece is made to order and carefully crafted just for you. Because of this, all orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled.

If you have any questions before placing your order, please reach out as we’re happy to guide you through the process. We can share photos or short video clips of stones, settings, and design details to help you make your decision with confidence.

All special orders, custom designs, and sale pieces are considered final sale.

We reserve the right to decline unreasonable requests for repairs or exchanges.

From the date of purchase, please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. Each piece is handcrafted in New York City, and quality takes time.

If you have a special request or deadline, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Rush services are available on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

All domestic shipments include insurance and require a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.

Each Kris Averi creation includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If your piece experiences reasonable wear-related damage within that period, we’ll repair it at no cost.

Please insure and ship your piece securely when sending it for repair; we’ll return it insured once complete.

If your piece falls outside the warranty window, we’re still happy to assist, repair fees vary depending on the scope of work.

While we don’t offer third-party insurance directly, we strongly recommend insuring your jewelry through your preferred provider.

Our studio is fully bonded and insured for all collections, custom creations, and repairs, both in-house and in transit.

Appraisals for both collection and bespoke jewelry are available upon request for an additional fee.

Every piece from Kris Averi is made-to-order and can be modified to suit your preferences, from stone type and shape to size, cut, and metal alloy.

Appraisals for custom jewelry are available upon completion of your piece.
