Memorial Diamond Necklace with Aquamarine Birthstones
I commissioned Kris to help me change the setting of a necklace my mom had made for me years ago with the diamond from her engagement ring. It was basically just the diamond on a necklace and was not my style, so although it was sentimental to me, I never wore it. As my mom became ill last year, I really started thinking about how I could change the necklace and thought of getting help from Kris.
Kris is one of those artists and entrepreneurs who has such passion for what she does. She exemplifies what you get when you match talent with passion as you can feel her heart in every conversation you have with her. Not only are her creations unique and so beautiful, but she is so easy to work with… patient, kind, really listens and generates so many ideas.
I explained how I would love to keep the diamond in necklace form and incorporate my mom’s birthstone, aquamarine. I could not be happier with what she created and with the whole process from ideation to completion.
I just love wearing my necklace now, not only because it helps me keep my mom close to my heart, but also because it is so beautiful.
